Budgeting · Under development

A plan for the everyday.

Give every part of your month a place, from groceries and bills to loan payments and the things you’re saving for.

Talia is under development. This overview describes the intended experience.

A monthly budget, at a glance

Sample spending compared with a monthly plan.

Everyday spending
$1,280 / $1,800
Bills & utilities
$900 / $1,400
Total spent / planned
$2,180 / $3,200
Illustrative figures only. Loan payments and savings goals can have their own lines in the full plan.

Start with what you actually spend

Import your statements and organize spending into categories. With enough history, Talia uses observed spending to draft a starting budget that you can review and change.

Make room for the whole month

Your budget brings category spending, linked loan payments, and goal contributions together. See what is already committed and what remains unallocated.

Change your plan deliberately

Review changes in a draft, then save a new version of your plan. Earlier versions stay available so you can understand how your decisions have changed over time.

What to know

Transaction-level spending comes from imported statements. A manually updated account balance helps track net worth, but doesn’t supply purchases or spending categories. Automated bank connections are on the roadmap.
